APPLY FOR A PERMIT
All permit applications should be submitted to FilmL.A., Inc. at least 48 hours before the first day of filming. Late requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Permit applications can be made at our office, by faxing the completed forms to 213-977-8601, or by e-mailing your application to permitapps@filmlainc.com.

CHANGES TO PERMITS (RIDERS)
Riders are relatively minor changes to a FilmL.A. issued permit. Examples of minor amendments are: changes in dates and times at a location, the addition of limited activities to a location, the replacement of a canceled location with a new one that does not alter dates, times or activities, or an addition of a new location that is in close proximity to a location already on the film permit.
