FilmLA to Implement Remote Work Plan

FilmLAProduction Alerts

As one of many employers experiencing changes in business operations due to concerns about the Coronavirus, FilmLA has activated a Remote Work Plan for its employees.

According to this Plan, FilmLA will require nearly all of our employees to work from home until further notice.  Thanks to careful preparation, FilmLA is well-equipped to continue operations with little interruption in service to our clients, customers and communities.

Starting tomorrow, 3/13/20, FilmLA will be open for business from 8AM to 6PM (Monday-Friday) as usual, but our physical office in Hollywood will be closed to walk-in traffic.

With the closure of our office, we will for a time be unable to accept in-person payments.  Credit card payments will allow paperless document delivery, as always.

In the first days, it is possible we will experience some minor technology issues, but our phone number will remain unchanged and our reservations and OPS systems will be accessible.

We appreciate your ongoing support, and look forward to fulfilling our mission and contractual obligations, providing film permit and license coordination, neighborhood notification, and monitoring services to Greater Los Angeles, as before.
