For the fourth year in a row, FilmL.A. hosted our Location Managers Party at our offices at Los Angeles Center Studios (LACS). Originally conceived as a chance to show off our then-new location downtown and to provide face-to-face introductions of our customers and staff, the gathering has become an annual event anticipated by Location Managers and other FilmL.A. customers as a chance to put aside the stresses of the job and party with colleagues.
“It is always nice to see everyone relaxed and not worrying about all the tiny and not so tiny details we have to think about while working,” said Assistant Location Manager Sam Glynn, who attended this year.
FilmL.A. gave away door prizes which consisted of three dinners-for-two at the Patina Restaurant Group and the créme de la créme — a two-night stay with deluxe accommodations at Four Seasons Resort, The Biltmore Santa Barbara, with an additional dinner and spa package for two thrown in.
Congratulations to Location Manager Kelly Harris, who won the Biltmore package and probably had lots of colleagues wanting to be her BFF today.
